Following the launch of our 2020 bespoke Handcrafted Tea, we are very excited to share our 2021 vintage.
This year’s vintage takes inspiration from the thousand-year old tradition of aging wine, with sustainably sourced Chinese Phoenix Oolong tea leaves, dry-aged for six months in sealed oak barrels used to store Bordeaux wine from the Château Grand-Puy Ducasse vineyard, Classified Grand Cru in Pauillac. The result is an exquisite tea blend with the earthy profile of Oolong tea leaves with the warm layered finish of fine Bordeaux wine.
Authentically blended to precision by Master tea blender Lim Tian Wee of Gryphon Tea Company, the dry-aged tea also includes edible gold dust, which adds an iridescent dimension, making it a true feast for the senses.
