🏡 Real estate accounts for a growing share of our customers' assets. Through its Group Business Line, created in 2022, Indosuez has developed a comprehensive range of real estate investment, advisory and financing solutions. Indosuez is also capitalizing on the Crédit Agricole Group's expertise in real estate and responsible finance, because - like all sectors - real estate has a crucial role to play in the energy transition, as the building industry is the second largest emitter of greenhouse gases in France.

🗣The conference featured two round-table discussions with renowned experts.

The first, moderated by Virginie Bourgeois, Head of Sustainable Development and Societal Project, focused on the market and regulations, with contributions from Marc Oppenheim, Managing Director of Crédit Agricole Immobilier, and Marion Waller, Managing Director of Pavillon de l'Arsenal.

The second round table, moderated by Anne Toledano, Global Head of Real Estate, brought together 5 business leaders who - through the illustration of emblematic and innovative projects - agreed to share their expertise and their vision of today's major challenges:

👉 Eric Costa, Real Estate Director, Galeries Lafayette Group
👉 Philippe Journo, Chairman and Founder, Compagnie de Phalsbourg
👉 Pierre Magnes, Development Director, FGWRS
👉 Johanna Mrejen, Asset Management Director, Icade
👉 Jean-Baptiste Pietri, Architect and Chairman of Constructa

The event continued with a cocktail reception attended by several proptechs (start-ups that use new technologies to rethink the way buildings are used), some of which are hosted by Village by CA.
